Intelligent lock solutions
To avoid undesired contamination within the individual production steps, cleanrooms require smart connections within the clean areas.
For materials, products and people to be equally protected, all cleanroom locks require a respective mutual closure of the doors. Special control systems ensure the safe closure. This ensures that only one door at a time can be opened, all the other doors of the lock will automatically be blocked. Even in case of an fire emergency etc. the system is guaranteed to allow all doors to be opened easily. The fully modular interlock control system for production research and development areas consists of elegant stainless steel panels available in a wide variaty of trim levels that can be easily and inexpensively connected to the CPU bus system. The solution is completely configurable via software and does not have to be reprogrammed according to customer specifications. The validated control software is constantly maintained and developed and can be configured vby the use of logical terms and virtual timers according to the customers requirements. The realization of simple mutual interlocks via airlock is therefore possible without any problems entrances with several doors, multilevel locks, direction prioritization - outward passing prior to inward passing, discretion switch, forcible imposition of flushing times of rooms such as release of the lock only in compliance with the pressure levels, etc.). An open request is done via a push button, the emergency stop function is easily accessible in an emergency (double release via door controller unit and direct interruption of the circuit supplying the electro-mechanical door lock required by the german guideline on electric locking systems for doors in escape routes (EltVTR). The door contrl system can on request be combined with optional digital status and time displays (e.g.countdown to open, room flushing times, current time, etc.) or an automatic voice generation in order to talk predefined instructions and warnings at any airlock passing (e.g.to remind the staff at the clothing guidlines, disinfection regulations etc.).
