Thanks to the integrated vacuum generation, the devices can be used for manual measurements in the cleanroom as well as in smaller cleanroom systems where a central vacuum pump system is not yet profitable.
In case of possible contamination of the optical components, as well as in case of deviation of the flow rate or decrease of the laser power, a fault message is output.
The particle size classes of the AeroMon series are freely configurable and up to eight particle size classes can be detected simultaneously. The standard configuration (0.5µm and 5µm), for the most common applications in the pharmaceutical industry, is pre-programmed as the default setting.
