Thanks to digital sensors, calibration can be performed particularly quickly and cost-effectively. Each sensor of the climate sensor system can be simply unplugged and then calibrated outside the clean room. Thanks to the plug-in design, the change can be carried out quickly by trained personnel; the technician does not have to enter the clean room. Contamination of the clean room by untrained maintenance personnel is thus ruled out. Another decisive advantage: by converting the signal directly in the sensor, calibration is only necessary for the sensor itself and not for the entire measurement chain. Ideally, currently calibrated specimens are prepared and simply replaced for the scheduled annual calibration process of the system. This guarantees the least downtime for your plant.
